İLKE AKÇAY BOZBURUN

İlke Akçay Bozburun completed her law degree at Istanbul University in 2013. In 2017, she earned her Master’s Degree in Economic Law from Istanbul Bilgi University, where she wrote her master’s thesis titled “The Scope of Contractor’s All Risks Insurance Policy.” In 2022, she successfully completed a mediation course and passed the relevant examination. In 2024, she further specialized in Insurance Law, Labor Law, Transport Law, and Commercial Law.

She began her career as a legal intern at Andıç Attorney Partnership. In the early years of her practice, she focused on litigation in insurance law. After gaining three years of experience, she sought to broaden her specialization and joined AKT Law Firm.

During her time at AKT, İlke worked on disputes involving transport, insurance, commercial, and labor law. She represents major insurance companies, corporate policyholders, insurance brokers, transport companies, freight forwarders, and companies operating in the petrochemical, retail oil, and food sectors.

As her core area focuses on insurance disputes, she primarily represents insurance companies in Turkey in disputes arising from construction all-risk policies provide coverage for hydroelectric power plants, gas combined power plants, shopping malls, and urban renewal projects.

PINAR ERÇETİN ALKAN

Pınar Erçetin Alkan completed her law degree at Maltepe University in 2014. In addition to her legal studies, she attended Anadolu University in 2012, where she pursued Accounting and Taxation. In 2022, she successfully completed a mediation course and passed the relevant examination. In 2024, she further specialized in Insurance Law, Labor Law, Consumer Law, and Commercial Law.

She began her career as a legal intern at Andıç Attorney Partnership, where she gained extensive experience in litigation, particularly in insurance and reinsurance law. Over the course of eight years, she represented major insurance companies, corporate policyholders, and insurance brokers. Seeking to deepen her expertise in insurance and reinsurance companies, as well as the policy drafting process, she transitioned to Aon.

As an Associate Director at Aon Türkiye’s Claims Department, Pınar handled significant claims in Casualty, Construction, Cyber and Financial Lines, Marine, and Property. She has managed major complex claims related to the construction and operational phases of power plants, motorway projects, airports, hydroelectric dam projects, and oil refineries.
